Free Tips From Red Lips Baked Chicken Fajitas!

Baked Fajitas #12 lbs of Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins Cut into strips

2 Tbsp. of Olive Oil

Taco Seasoning Mix

2 Bell Peppers (I prefer the yellow & red ones)

1 Sliced White Onion

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees

Spray a large casserole dish with cooking spray.

Coat the Chicken Strips in the Olive Oil.

Sprinkle the Chicken Strips with Taco Seasoning. (Season according to taste. I probably used the equivalent of 2 pkgs.)

Slice the Bell Peppers and Onions in about 1/3 inch slices

Bake the Chicken at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Add the sliced vegetables

Toss the vegetables with the Chicken.

Cook it for 20 more minutes or until Chicken is done.

Serve with Tortillas, Rice, Black Beans and Fajita toppings.

This will serve Approx. 8 people or 4 with left-overs.

Prep. Time = Approximately 15 mins.

I know there are other Baked Fajita Recipes, but I made this recipe up. Who has time to gather 20 ingredients, when you can make something awesome with just 5 ingredients!
